We had an excellent weekend thanks; nothing could have gone better. The yacht trip was an excellent outing, a chance to get a tan and take a breather from all the sights and sounds.
Barcelona is a great city and hopefully one I'll get back to soon, and hopefully for longer.

	The Costa Blanca is well known for its great climbing routes. Get away from the bars and clubs for the day and discover Benidorm's amazing surrounding mountains for an afternoon of Rock Climbing and Abseiling. You can confront your fears and fight gravity in this adrenaline fuelled challenge just 25 minutes drive away from town.
	Experienced local guides will take you to the best spot for you to tackle the areas amazing limestone walls. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, a beginner or you've done it before, the expert English speaking instructors will find the right climb for you.
	In keeping with the law there is always one instructor to every 6 climbers. All are fully qualified and trained in emergency rescue and first aid to ensure your maximum safety and full enjoyment. You will be accompanied on an appropriate route to suit your level and they will give you the confidence to trust the ropes and achieve your best when confronted with a sheer drop or a daunting vertical wall!
	You will be supplied with all the necessary safety gear for your climb but whether you are climbing or abseiling flip flops won't get you very far! Remember to wear trainers and some comfortable clothes too.
	You'll need to have your wits about you so perhaps it's best as an afternoon activity after Benidorm's famous late nights! For the climb it's a question of balance, movement and focus. This, along with the use of all your fingers and toes, will help get you reach the top! For the abseil it's a matter of having a good mental approach to get past the first stage, the edge!!...after which it's all plain 'seiling'.
	Filled with a great sense of achievement you will be able to head back to town for an evening of well deserved celebration. With the inevitable aching fingers the next morning why not book a Spa Session to soothe those muscles and hangovers!
